To ethically manage the affairs of the association to enhance livability, property values, security and sense of community.

EHOA Core Values

  1.  Maintain a high level of livability and support long-term values of the association

  2. Manage the funds of the association in a conservative manner that supports #1 above.

  3. Properly reserve for the repair and maintenance of the assets of the association and maintain the assets to a high standard.

  4. Enforce the documents of the association in a fair and consistent manner

  5. Foster the sense of community that makes EHOA a unique and desirable place to live.

  6. Maintain a mutually beneficial working relationship with the Eagle Crest Master Association

  7. Make communication with our membership a priority.
